Solar Panel Manufacturing Repair Technician - $27/Hour

In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment used in the manufacturing of solar cells and panels. Pay: $27.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
• Document maintenance activities and repair work accurately
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications:

• Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or related field would be a major plus as a candidate.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing maintenance or equipment repair experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical documents and follow maintenance procedures
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends as needed
