Maintain a living tracker of quote status and a well-structured record archive.
Support revisions, updates, and follow-ups through submission.
Provide professional, timely communication to internal stakeholders on requirements and timelines.
Assist the Quote Team Manager with administrative and quoting activities.
Verify documentation accuracy and completeness before submission.
What you’ll need to succeed
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Background in administration, customer service, manufacturing, or quoting is a plus.
Meticulous attention to detail; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Fluency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite; ERP experience preferred.
Team-oriented approach and collaborative mindset.
