We are seeking a Manufacturing Field Technician to support the production, testing, installation, and service of electrical control panels and related equipment. This role offers a unique blend of shop-based manufacturing work and field support, providing the opportunity to develop a broad range of technical skills while contributing to high-quality industrial solutions. What You"ll Do As a Manufacturing Field Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards and delivered on time. Responsibilities include: Panel Manufacturing & Assembly Build and wire electrical control panels from engineering drawings and schematics Mount electrical components and route wiring neatly and accurately Print and apply wire markers, terminal labels, and panel identification tags Assemble cables using soldering and crimping techniques Testing & Quality Assurance Perform basic electrical testing and inspections on manufactured equipment Verify workmanship, wiring accuracy, and compliance with quality standards Assist with troubleshooting and correcting assembly issues Field Support & Installation Support field installations, panel modifications, upgrades, and repairs Travel to customer sites and manufacturing partners as needed Assist with startup activities and equipment verification Logistics & Documentation Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization Coordinate with off-site manufacturing partners to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards Transport components, documentation, and project materials when required Gather and prepare documentation for equipment manuals and instruction books What We"re Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Basic understanding of electrical principles and components Experience with soldering and crimping techniques Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of electrical panel building or industrial electrical assembly experience Familiarity with industrial control panels, PLC systems, and automation equipment Experience performing electrical testing and troubleshooting Previous field service, installation, or manufacturing experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
