We foster an inclusive culture and are seeking diverse, talented individuals to join our team.As a Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) Manager supporting our U.S. manufacturing sites, you will provide financial and analytical leadership from our Fort Worth, TX location.Job Responsibilities:Supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning to assist management in strategic and operational decision-making.Performing accounting entries and generating financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.Developing and maintaining monthly reporting packages, including financial dashboards used to drive strategic decisions.Managing CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for global MTO, R&D, ITCI, and Commercial entities.Using financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to analyze financial results.Supporting month end close, including journal entries and allocations.Assessing the impact of systems and processes on FP&A activities by applying knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.Conducting economic research on topics such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial/expense comparisons.Participating in special projects as needed.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
