Job Summary

• Train across multiple production departments to support all positions as needed
• Provide backup coverage throughout the facility based on daily production needs
• Work closely with management to ensure production goals are met
• Perform 100% hands-on general labor and manufacturing support

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support all production positions across departments
• Assist in maintaining production schedules and output targets
• Monitor product quality and production standards
• Help identify and correct issues on production lines
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support workflow
• Ensure production goals and deadlines are met
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
• Perform general labor and shop support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Broad understanding of shop or industrial environments preferred
• Ability to learn multiple roles and adapt quickly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
• Ability to climb, reach, and work in physically demanding environments
• Must be comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production facility
• Exposure to noise, heat, cold, dust, oils, and machinery
• Fast-paced, safety-focused environment

Required PPE

• Safety glasses/goggles
• Steel-toe safety shoes (metatarsal protection required)
• Additional PPE (gloves, ear protection, masks, hard hats) as needed
