Manufacturing Floor Supervisor — Aviation Components

Your Mission
- Own the daily production schedule to hit customer deadlines and organizational targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop production personnel; assign tasks and track performance.
- Safeguard quality by ensuring builds meet engineering drawings, work instructions, and company standards.
- Drive shop-floor improvements that enhance safety, throughput, and consistency.
How You’ll Collaborate
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to keep materials, methods, and manpower synchronized—resolving issues quickly and keeping work moving.
What Sets You Up for Success
- High school diploma or GED (required); associate or bachelor’s in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years in manufacturing with prior supervisory or management responsibility.
- Experience in small or mid-sized manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Detail-driven leadership, practical problem-solving, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
