Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Overtime and weekends may be required

LINK Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Helper in Houston, TX for a hands-on industrial role paying $15.00/hr. This is a 12-hour night shift position working 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with overtime and weekend hours as needed. This role supports production, material handling, shop cleanup, and general labor in an industrial yard environment. Pipe yard experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Support production and general yard operations
• Load, unload, and move pipe, materials, tools, and accessories
• Help with equipment cleaning and basic machine support after training
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed
• Assist with hydrostatic testing and painting support
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Pipe yard experience is required
• Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or industrial work is helpful
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs during the shift
• Able to work in hot, cold, wet, and outdoor conditions
• Able to lift heavy materials and occasionally carry up to 100 lbs
• Must follow training, safety rules, and PPE requirements
