Working from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, this role is essential in maintaining our high standards of production and safety. Here, you won’t just be a cog in the wheel; you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products every single day.

Overview:
As a Manufacturing Helper, you'll assist our Assistant Operator in the safe and efficient production of high-quality products. Your primary responsibilities will involve adjusting gauges to control key aspects of our production process while adhering to safety protocols. You’ll also perform quality checks to ensure our products meet specifications and contribute to maintaining a tidy, safe workspace. Required Skills:

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow detailed directions and work collaboratively in a team
• Basic troubleshooting skills to help address issues as they arise
• Efficient packing and labeling of products according to production schedules

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with operating manufacturing equipment
• Familiarity with quality control procedures
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role is a plus, but we're open to motivated entry-level candidates!

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight requirement, if applicable]
• Willingness to assist with other team members' duties as needed during breaks and absences
• Adherence to company housekeeping and 6S standards
