Location: Dublin, CA
Responsibilities:
- Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Support NPI, pilot builds, process validation, and production ramp-up.
- Conduct line balancing, time studies, and value stream mapping.
- Lead Lean initiatives and waste reduction projects.
- Analyze production data, capacity, bottlenecks, and headcount requirements.
- Develop factory layouts, workstation designs, and material flow improvements.
- Perform RCA, CAPA, and process troubleshooting.
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Train operators and engineers on Lean and Industrial Engineering tools.
