Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer | Edgewater, FL | Full-Time | $80K/Year | Any Visa

Client Industry: Marine recreation, propulsion, and technology.

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer to drive productivity, labor efficiency, capacity optimization, material flow, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

This role involves:
Time studies, work measurement & cycle-time analysis
Line balancing, takt time & labor optimization
Capacity planning & bottleneck analysis
Manufacturing layout & material flow optimization
Warehouse optimization, kitting & slotting
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & VSM
Standard work & process documentation
Cost reduction & productivity improvement
NPI and production launch support
KPI analysis and cross-functional collaboration

Must-Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field
5 years of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering experience
Time Studies, Line Balancing & Capacity Planning
Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
Material Flow & Manufacturing Layout
Cost Reduction & Productivity Improvement

Tools: Teamcenter | Siemens NX/UG | SAP | Advanced Excel | Power BI

Preferred: High-mix/low-volume, automotive, marine, fiberglass, heavy equipment, aerospace, or NPI manufacturing experience.
