Job Summary

Seeking 2 Manufacturing / Industrial Engineers with 7 10 years of manufacturing experience to improve productivity, labor efficiency, capacity, material flow, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and labor analysis.
• Perform line balancing, takt-time analysis, capacity planning, and manpower planning.
• Improve productivity, throughput, labor efficiency, and manufacturing layouts.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, and continuous-improvement projects.
• Support NPI, standard work, process documentation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Optimize warehouse/material flow, kitting, slotting, and workstation design.
• Analyze KPIs, bottlenecks, and production data.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5 8 years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience; 7 10 years preferred for this opening.
• Strong experience with time studies, line balancing, standard work, labor/capacity planning, Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, Kaizen, and productivity improvement.
• Experience with Teamcenter, Siemens NX (UG), SAP, and Advanced Excel.
• Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
