Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager
The Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in driving change management and project execution within our Lighthouse Facilities. This team member is responsible for creating an environment that thrives at testing new emerging processes. They will champion a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness, encouraging employees to embrace innovation and actively participate in improvement initiatives. They will serve as a resource for optimizing new technologies, monitoring results, and disseminating lessons learned from executed projects. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with plant SMEs, HQ project teams (Asset Management, Systems Integration, IT and Project Management) and OEMs to identify opportunities to improve the speed of adoption for capital projects.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and technology integrations.
- Create communication plans to inform employees about upcoming changes, address concerns, and promote understanding of the benefits.
- Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on new processes, technologies, and best practices to ensure smooth implementation, sustainable results, and to help them adapt to new ways of working.
- Provide guidance and support to sister facilities during the adoption of new processes, technologies, and optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and track the progress of "Lighthouse" initiatives being adopted across sister facilities, identifying opportunities for further improvement and sharing successes with the broader organization.
- Expected Travel: 10% - 20%
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Competencies
- Proven experience driving change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in a CPG facility.
- Proven experience in process optimization, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 principles is a plus.
