As a Laborer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our production line operations. You'll work closely with supervisory staff to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and uphold safety standards, making a tangible impact on our projects.
What You'll Do
As a Precast Labor, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing forms for pouring and ensuring they are clean and ready for use
- Pouring, troweling, and stripping finished products
- Operating tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
- Assisting with form maintenance, form loading, and other general labor duties
- Conducting post pour inspections
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Prior Laborer experience preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good attention to quality and safety-mindedness

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Belgrade, ME, with a full-time schedule of Monday-Friday 6am-2pm with OT likely.
