Manufacturing Labor — Urgently hiring multiple in Belgrade!

Looking for steady full-time work with overtime and a clear path to temp-to-hire? Join a busy precast/block manufacturing team in Belgrade, ME supporting hands-on production that keeps the plant moving. You’ll be prepping and cleaning forms, assisting with pours, stripping finished product, helping with inspections, and keeping the work area safe and organized—this is a physical, fast-paced role where reliability and quality matter.

Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule:  Mon–Fri, 10-hour shifts (4:00am–2:00pm or 6:00am–4:00pm)
 

What you’ll do:

• Prep/clean/oil/scrape concrete forms; general housekeeping in the plant
• Support pouring/troweling and stripping finished products
• Perform post-pour inspections and help maintain quality standards
• Operate equipment as trained (forklift experience is a plus)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail/quality and a safety-first mindset
• Manufacturing experience and forklift exposure are helpful (not required)
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and be on your feet (bend/kneel/push/pull) most of the shift
• HS diploma or equivalent

This position is on-site in Belgrade, ME, with a full-time schedule of Monday-Friday 4:00am - 2:00pm or 6:00am - 4:00pm.
