Conversion Lead – Manufacturing

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $25.50/hour
Schedule: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Job Summary

We are hiring a Conversion Lead to oversee manufacturing operations during the assigned shift. This position leads employees, monitors production and equipment, ensures safety and quality standards are followed, and helps keep the shift running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing employees and oversee machine operations during the shift.

• Organize daily work to maintain smooth production and workflow.

• Monitor production, quality, safety, housekeeping, and equipment performance.

• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and report problems that require additional support.

• Communicate production status and any issues to management and the planning office.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations are followed.

• Verify product identification, weights, and proper warehousing.

• Review employee training progress and provide updates.

• Complete and review safety incident reports when workplace accidents occur.

• Communicate shift status, instructions, and important information to the next shift.

• Identify and report potential safety hazards.

• Maintain current forklift certification.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

• 1+ year of experience as a Trainer or Expeditor.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Ability to lead employees and organize work effectively.

• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues.

• Must be able to pass annual forklift certification testing.
