OVERVIEW
Working as Full-time Manufacturing Lead Machinist you will be responsible for the daily operations of the shop floor including to support the continued growth of the Manufacturing division. This position will work with the operations manager inside sales team and other lead machinists to schedule machine workloads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited too Providing support to the shopo Ensuring quality and on-time delivery of our producto Maintaining accuracy while performing multiple taskso Providing leadership and guidance for machine operators o Maintaining timecards within our Kronos systemo Maintaining a safe working environment o Communicating effectively from shift to shift
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
The following skills and qualifications are required for this positiono 18 years of age or oldero Possess at least 2 years of Manufacturing work experienceo Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suiteo Demonstrate strong math aptitude attention to detail and sense of urgencyo Excellent safety and attendance recordso Demonstrate strong organization planning and prioritizing abilitieso Exhibit strong problem solving deductive reasoning and decision making skillso Work independently as well as in a team environment o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmento Demonstrate our core values of ambition innovation integrity and teamwork o Lift slide carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbso Pass the required drug screen applicable in the US Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY
