Manufacturing Lead - Production Worker

We're currently hiring a full-time Manufacturing Lead - Production Worker who wants to grow with us and take ownership of a role that's both hands-on and leadership-focused.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a working lead role, meaning you will guide your team while also supporting production directly. As our Manufacturing Lead - Production Worker, you will:

• Lead a team of 5–10
• Set and assign the daily agenda
• Monitor production flow and ensure on-time performance
• Train new team members
• Assist hands-on with product tasks as needed
