Compensation, Schedule, and Growth

• Pay: $21.50-$23.50, depending on shift
• Multiple shifts available
• All shifts are 12 hours

What you’ll do

• Run and closely monitor production machinery throughout your assigned shift
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet quality checkpoints consistently
• Identify equipment issues early and report them to prevent stoppages
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area
• Meet production goals with quality top-of-mind
• Collaborate with a team that values accountability and reliability
