Join our team in Brunswick, OH and help transform components into finished products that meet exacting standards. From the moment you clock in, you’ll set up and verify equipment, coordinate with teammates, and keep production moving smoothly while maintaining quality at every step.

What you’ll do

• Run and continuously monitor production machinery, making adjustments to keep operations steady and efficient.
• Examine parts and finished goods to confirm they meet specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Assemble components and prepare items for packaging and shipment.
• Keep your workcell clean, orderly, and safe to support productivity.
• Work closely with your team to hit output targets and deadlines.
• Flag equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor promptly.
• Engage in training and cross-training opportunities to expand your skills.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime as needed.
• Capability to lift, move, and handle materials as the job requires.
