What You’ll Do

Operate Manufacturing Equipment

Operate cut-sheet thermoforming machines in a safe and efficient manner.

Load raw material into machines and remove finished product.

Set up machines by adjusting parameters and installing molds according to work instructions.

Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and finishing parts.

Ensure Product Quality

Take ownership of the quality of the final product being produced.

Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications.

Identify and communicate quality or machine issues as needed.

Support Production Efficiency

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Monitor scrap levels and help minimize waste.

Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production flow.

Work collaboratively with team members to keep production running smoothly.

Maintain a Safe and Organized Workplace

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all job instructions and manufacturing standards.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to complete required documentation accurately.

Bonus Points If You Have

3+ years of manufacturing experience.

Mechanical aptitude or experience operating production equipment.

Forklift experience or certification.

Experience with plastics, thermoforming, or similar manufacturing environments.

A Typical Day Might Include

Setting up and operating thermoforming cut-sheet machines.

Loading materials and removing finished parts.

Trimming, deburring, and finishing products.

Monitoring quality and making adjustments as needed.

Recording production data and managing scrap levels.

Troubleshooting minor machine or process issues.

Keeping your workstation clean, safe, and organized.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing steps/ladders.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations.
  • Ability to wear required PPE at all times.
