What You'll Do 

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality plastic products used by customers across a variety of industries. A typical day may include:

Operating rotational molding equipment safely and efficiently.

Preparing molds and accurately measuring materials for each production cycle.

Loading molds, monitoring production, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

Opening and closing molds and removing finished parts with proper tools and lifting equipment.

Performing secondary operations such as trimming, foaming, graphics application, assembly, and packaging.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Inspecting products for quality and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Working with teammates to keep production running smoothly and safely.

What Makes You a Great Fit 

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use a variety of hand, pneumatic, and power tools.

Ability to safely maneuver molds weighing 75 pounds or more using hoists, forklifts, and other lifting equipment.

Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Bonus Points If You Have

Previous rotational molding experience.

Experience in manufacturing or production environments.

Forklift or overhead hoist experience.

A Typical Day Might Include 

Preparing molds and materials for the next production cycle.

Operating rotational molding equipment and monitoring quality.

Trimming and assembling finished products.

Working with teammates to solve production challenges.

Keeping your area organized and ready for the next run.

Finding ways to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift (up to 75 pounds), maneuver, and handle materials using proper lifting equipment.
  • Ability to work safely around machinery and in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
