As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality plastic products used by customers across a variety of industries. A typical day may include:
Operating rotational molding equipment safely and efficiently.
Preparing molds and accurately measuring materials for each production cycle.
Loading molds, monitoring production, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
Opening and closing molds and removing finished parts with proper tools and lifting equipment.
Performing secondary operations such as trimming, foaming, graphics application, assembly, and packaging.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Inspecting products for quality and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Working with teammates to keep production running smoothly and safely.
Starting wage of $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Previous rotomolding experience is helpful, but not required. We'll train the right person and provide opportunities to develop new skills and advance your career.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use a variety of hand, pneumatic, and power tools.
Ability to safely maneuver molds weighing 75 pounds or more using hoists, forklifts, and other lifting equipment.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Previous rotational molding experience.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Forklift or overhead hoist experience.
Preparing molds and materials for the next production cycle.
