    Full time 3rd shift $18.50 MUST train on 1st $17

    Agawam, MA

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
    • Load materials into machines and manage the manufacturing process.
    • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the production floor.
    • Troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions and report issues to maintenance.
    • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is an advantage.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
    Requirements

    Drug screening required.
