Your First 90 Days

1. Week 1–2: Safety onboarding, paid training, and shadowing a lead operator
2. Week 3–6: Running routine cycles, inspecting parts, and labeling/logging scrap with a simple computer system
3. By Day 90: Assisting with machine setups and eligible for temp-to-hire conversion (based on performance and attendance)

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• $17/hour with weekly pay
• Immediate opportunities — start next week

Core Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal coils into plating machinery
• Monitor equipment and verify product quality with routine checks
• Print labels and accurately record scrap using basic computer entries
• Assist with machine setups after training is complete
• Maintain 5S standards: clean, organized, and safe work area

• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and solid basic math
• Comfort learning simple computer tasks

Physical Requirements

• Lift 30–50 lbs
• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, and perform hands-on tasks
