3rd Shift | Holland, Ohio

Dynamic Dies is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our growing production team in Holland, Ohio. If you enjoy hands-on work, like operating equipment, and want a stable career with a company that invests in its employees, we'd like to meet you.

No prior experience operating our equipment? That's okay. We provide paid, hands-on training and give you the tools you need to become successful.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you'll operate precision CNC equipment used to produce custom tooling for the corrugated packaging industry. Every order is unique, so each day brings new projects, new layouts, and new opportunities to develop your skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating CNC manufacturing equipment to produce custom die boards
  • Reading CAD drawings, work orders, and machine specifications
  • Measuring materials to ensure products meet precise quality standards
  • Inspecting finished work for accuracy before it moves to the next production step
  • Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Working closely with teammates to meet production schedules and quality expectations

We provide comprehensive training, so previous CNC experience is helpful but not required.
