Manufacturing - Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Houston, TX (100% onsite)
Duration: 6 months Contract
Pay Range: $18.20 per hour.w2
Shift: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
The role requires cutting, shaping, and bending metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures. The operator will read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Responsibilities also include positioning stops or guides to specified lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or template.

Must Haves:

• Experience operating metal fabrication machines such as saws, shears, presses, brakes, rolls, punches, and forming machines to cut, shape, and bend metal.
• Ability to read job specifications/blueprints, set machine stops and guides, perform accurate measurements, and meet required dimensions and quality standards.
