Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator / Production Associate
Location: Albion, NY 14411

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr W2
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shift
Shift Pattern: 2 Days On / 2 Days Off / 3 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Machine Operators / Production Associates to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production of finished materials.
The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
  • Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitor equipment performance and production output
  • Ensure continuous production of quality materials
  • Follow established production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift
Manufacturing Processes
  • Support production activities involving:
    • Knit Operations
    • Laid Scrim Operations
    • Coating/Glue Processes
    • Converting Operations
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or production issues
  • Assist with machine setup, operation, and monitoring as required
Quality & Safety
  • Ensure production meets quality specifications and company standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Identify and communicate equipment or process issues to supervisors
  • Participate in safety and operational training programs
General Duties
  • Complete production documentation as required
  • Assist with material handling and movement of products
  • Support team goals and production targets
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts
