Job Title: Extrusion/Sheeter/Machine Operator
Pay: $26.50 per hour
Shift/ Hours: Rotating Overnight Shifts = 2 days on, 2 days off (Working 15 days a month) from 6:45 pm-6:45 am
Start Date: ASAP

As an Extrusion/Sheeter/Machine Operator, you'll train extensively to become proficient in machine operation, quality control, and safety protocols. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do
As a machine operator, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Training as an Operator Assistant to learn machine operation and protocols
  
• 
  Monitoring the extrusion and sheeter machines during production runs
  
• 
  Ensuring product quality through inspection and adherence to specifications
  
• 
  Entering inventory, consumption, and operational data into SAP systems accurately
  
• 
  Participating in continuous improvement activities like OEE, safety, and TPM
  
• 
  Performing routine maintenance, entering work orders, and documenting activities
  
• 
  Maintaining safety standards, 5S practices, and staying current with training requirements
  

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 
  Manufacturing experience, ideally 1-3 years
  
• 
  Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine troubleshooting
  
• 
  Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is required
  
• 
  Basic math, data entry, and computer skills (SAP & Microsoft Office)
  
• 
  High school diploma or GED
