Manufacturing Machine Technician
We are placing experienced operators with multiple clients in Richmond & Ashland. If you excel at running production equipment and keeping quality tight, this role offers steady 2nd and 3rd shift work at $18–$22/hour.
Role overview
- Operate and oversee production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
- Adjust machine settings to hold quality and meet output goals.
- Identify and address basic mechanical or quality issues.
- Follow site-specific safety procedures and production standards.
- Uphold housekeeping expectations in your area.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated machine operating experience required.
- Capability to perform basic adjustments and minor setups.
- Accuracy-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Able to stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.

Compensation & schedule
