Manufacturing Machine Technician (Process Line)

• Where: Roseville, MN 55113
• Shift: Second Shift
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
• Compensation: $20–$21/hour + shift differential once hired full-time

Join the production team and keep high‑performing equipment running safely, efficiently, and to spec. You’ll own setup, operation, in‑process checks, and documentation while partnering with teammates to resolve issues quickly.

Core duties

• Configure and operate production machinery per work instructions
• Watch process indicators and output quality throughout the shift
• Follow standardized procedures and product specifications
• Verify dimensions and finish through frequent inspections
• Tweak settings and clear minor faults to maintain flow
• Complete checklists, production logs, and all required forms
• Record materials used and parts produced with accuracy
• Handle routine maintenance and line cleanup
• Limit downtime, scrap, and errors through attentive operation
• Work safely and uphold quality standards at all times
• Keep the area organized and audit‑ready
• Escalate equipment or quality concerns promptly

Qualifications

• 1+ year operating machinery (preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing/production setting
• Comfortable with equipment setup, operation, and monitoring
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Basic computer proficiency and shop math skills
• Able to follow written and verbal directions
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and effective working independently
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available for overtime when required
