Role at a Glance

• Set up, calibrate, and operate multiple types of production equipment in line with job requirements.
• Monitor throughput and quality; make on-the-fly adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep lines running.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Log production data with accuracy and quickly report concerns to a supervisor.
• Collaborate across the team to achieve daily and weekly production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical coursework/certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience operating manufacturing machinery or similar equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfort reading technical references, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Detail-focused and quality-driven.
• Capable of working independently and contributing within a team.
• Open to working various shifts as production demands change.
