Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues on production equipment
- Work with PLCs, control systems, motors, drives, and automation equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician card strongly preferred
- 3+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience
- Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley or similar preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of OSHA and electrical safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $33+/hour depending on experience
