Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer Essex County, NJ

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, conveyor and electrical issues
• Partner with maintenance technicians to execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to support day-to-day operations and ensure rapid resolution of equipment-related concerns.
• Conduct root cause analyses on recurring problems and engineer long-term, sustainable solutions.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and integration of new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities within the computerized maintenance management system
• Mentor and provide technical support to maintenance technicians to enhance their troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the maintenance and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
