Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

What You’ll Lead

Lead Maintenance and Electronic Trades supporting a highly automated food manufacturing operation. This is a leadership-first role focused on setting priorities, developing the team, improving maintenance execution, and keeping equipment ready for production.

You’ll:

• Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
• Direct troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls systems.
• Use CMMS data and maintenance KPIs to improve PM compliance, labor utilization, work execution, and equipment reliability.
• Coach and develop Maintenance and Electronic Trades across varying skill levels.
• Balance real-time Production needs with planned maintenance priorities.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, FSQA, and Maintenance leadership.

You need the technical breadth to effectively lead multiple trades—you do not need to be the expert in every discipline.

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You Have

• Approximately 5+ years of manufacturing/industrial leadership experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance work
• Preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge across mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls systems
• Experience using a CMMS and maintenance KPIs to manage performance

Food manufacturing experience is not required. Experience from other established, highly automated manufacturing environments can translate. SAP, our specific equipment/control platforms, and formal education are flexible when you bring equivalent technical and leadership experience.

What You Should Know

This is an on-site, 1st-shift role in a cold, wet food-manufacturing environment. You’ll work alongside an active production operation where priorities can change quickly and strong Maintenance/Operations coordination matters.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop the team, strengthen preventive maintenance, improve equipment reliability, and help build a more proactive maintenance organization.
