Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Maintenance Techs with our client in Bennington, VT. Manufacturing Maintenance Techs do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $23.00 - $26.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems, including troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled machinery, HVAC systems, compressors, and utilities. Responsibilities also include operating production equipment, assisting with workstation setup, completing welding and fabrication repairs, and documenting maintenance activities in preventative maintenance software systems. This role supports safe, efficient operations, and overall production goals.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of related maintenance experience, including PLC troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and use of preventative maintenance software systems
Valid driver's license
HVAC or electrical certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
