Status: Temp to Hire
Pay: $20.00 to $24.00+ per hour, based on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in industrial maintenance. The selected candidate will train on 1st shift before transitioning to a permanent 2nd shift schedule.
Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Inspect equipment for safety and operational concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Assist senior maintenance technicians with repairs and installations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical school, vocational training, or at least One year+ manufacturing maintenance experience 
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
