Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

The Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic will repair and maintain industrial manufacturing machinery. This role ensures all machines function properly through preventive maintenance service and troubleshooting support. As well as participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide support to kaizen teams.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain industrial manufacturing machinery • Ensure all machines function properly through preventive maintenance service and troubleshooting support • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide support to kaizen teams • Interface closely with external vendors and internal departments, including health and safety, engineering, supply chain management, and production

Requirements:

• Associate degree in an industrial machinery-related field • One to three years of experience in an industrial plant setting • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations • Good time-management skills • Good computer, communication, and report-writing skills • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software desired, SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion 360 preferred • Must be open to work off shifts and a rotating 4x10 schedule
