Job title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Houston, TX (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: $19.24 per hour on W2
Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, open to OT and weekend
Job Description
Work with Maintenance Manager & Team Lead to ensure all maintenance issues are resolved or completed in a timely manner.
Follow daily maintenance tasks set forth by Maintenance & Team Lead.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.
Work with Maintenance Manager & Team Lead to ensure facility equipment is running at full capacity to meet production goals.
Maintain all maintenance tools, machinery, and other equipment to keep them operating in good working condition.
Perform job functions wearing proper PPE as designated by the company.
Able to safely and correctly operate hand and power tools and machinery, including forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes.
Participate in training and continuing education as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work overtime as required.
Must Haves
Experience: Experience resolving maintenance issues, keeping facility equipment running at full capacity, and maintaining tools and machinery.
Skills: Ability to safely and correctly operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, material handling equipment, and overhead cranes.
