Position SummaryA Maintenance Technician (Referred to as "MT") is a specialty position in our bakery. They are valuable members of the team focused on supporting the necessary upkeep, installation, and servicing of plant equipment for all departments in the plant. They will also be responsible for new installations and operations of equipment to minimize downtime. In addition, MT will assist in the training on all equipment in the building. All MTs must be willing to work at any level of project execution ranging from planning to clean-up and any necessary action in between.
