Position Summary
WillowWood is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety, and performance of our production and facility equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems
Maintain critical facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power equipment
Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
Identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend process improvements
Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices, and comply with OSHA and WillowWood standards
Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime or weekends as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Comfortable working on ladders, manlifts, and elevated work areas
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field
Experience with HVAC systems, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipment
Familiarity with CMMS software and backup power systems
Forklift experience
