    Position Summary

    WillowWood is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety, and performance of our production and facility equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems
    • Maintain critical facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power equipment
    • Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
    • Identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend process improvements
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts
    • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices, and comply with OSHA and WillowWood standards
    • Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime or weekends as needed

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Comfortable working on ladders, manlifts, and elevated work areas

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate degree or technical certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field
    • Experience with HVAC systems, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipment
    • Familiarity with CMMS software and backup power systems
    • Forklift experience
