Pay Rate: $36.00 / hour


Duties:


+ Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, CNC machinery, robotics, and facility systems

+ Diagnose issues using multimeters, calipers, micrometers, and other diagnostic tools

+ Support maintenance improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability

+ Complete accurate work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS systems

+ Conduct root-cause analysis and help drive process improvements

+ Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout, PPE, and OSHA requirements

+ Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams

+ Provide guidance and training to junior technicians

Position Requirements:


+ Must have industrial maintenance experience (minimum 3 years)

+ Must have hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics

+ Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems

+ Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance

+ Comfortable using computers and maintenance software


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
