It supports customers whose goods require strict thermal control throughout storage and transportation to preserve quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Operating at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, the company designs and produces insulated shipping systems, refrigerants, and monitoring technologies used primarily in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, and other regulated sectors. Its work plays a critical role in ensuring product integrity from point of origin to final destination.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Manager are:Lead and manage production operations across manufacturing, assembly, and packaging functions to meet customer demand, quality standards, and delivery schedulesDevelop and execute production plans while optimizing labor, equipment utilization, and material flowDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductionEnsure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, safety standards)Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including output, scrap, downtime, and on-time deliveryCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to support new product introductions and process improvementsLead, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvementSupport capital planning, equipment selection, and process validation effortsMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment through strong adherence to safety and housekeeping standardsIf interested, please apply using the link below.
