Manufacturing Manager
The Manufacturing Manager will take full ownership of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, team management, and a focus on continuous improvement across processes, people, and systems.
- Oversee all daily manufacturing operations to ensure output and efficiency targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and cost control.
- Optimise workflows, staffing, and resource allocation to maximise productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth, end-to-end production flow.

- Proven experience in a Manufacturing Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and process optimization.
- Experience working with ERP or manufacturing systems in a production setting.
