Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing engineering team. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Promote a culture of Right First Time (RFT) manufacturing and operational excellence. Serve as the technical authority for manufacturing processes and engineering decisions. Drive process improvements, innovation initiatives, and manufacturing technology implementation. Support new product introductions and integration into production operations. Implement digital manufacturing and advanced automation initiatives. Govern manufacturing engineering deliverables, project timelines, risks, and issue resolution. Manage engineering workload, resource planning, and departmental budgets. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, and program management teams. Lead complex manufacturing changes including capital projects, facility improvements, and technology upgrades. Support implementation of lights-out manufacturing utilizing advanced 5-axis machining technologies.
