They are known for fostering a people-first culture, offering employees the tools and support to thrive while driving high-performance standards across their operations.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Manager will:Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve targets across safety, quality, delivery, and productivityDrive a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all regulations and proactively mitigating riskManage, coach, and develop production teams, setting clear performance goals aligned with site objectivesOversee production scheduling and workforce planning to meet shifting operational demandsImplement and champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesAnalyse data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and deliver process improvementsDevelop and execute strategic action plans to enhance operational performance and reduce costsLead change management efforts, ensuring employee engagement and alignmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to best practicesEnsure policies, procedures, and standards are effectively communicated and consistently followedApply today for immediate consideration!
