A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. This role oversees production teams, drives operational efficiency, and ensures on-time delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams
Improve efficiency, throughput, and overall shop performance
Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet production goals
Coach and develop supervisors and production staff
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Qualifications:
7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Background in precision machining, CNC manufacturing, contract manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, or similar industries
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
