Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing a strong manufacturing team.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Develop, coach, and mentor production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
- Optimize staffing, production scheduling, and labor utilization to meet changing business demands.
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Support cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence.
- Proven experience leading large manufacturing teams and developing frontline leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing performance metrics.
- Background in high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
