Lead, mentor, and develop Manufacturing Engineers, NPD Engineers, Programmers, and Manufacturing Technicians.
Serve as the technical authority for machining, tooling, and manufacturing process improvement.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EH&S, and HR to align manufacturing objectives with business goals.
Oversee manufacturing processes, documentation, and engineering standards.
Support the successful transition of new products from prototype to full-scale production.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and execute engineering strategies that improve production capabilities and efficiency.
Analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Support capital equipment investments and advanced manufacturing technology implementation.
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Establish departmental KPIs and drive accountability for results.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, or precision manufacturing operations.
Strong background in manufacturing process improvement and operational excellence.
Demonstrated success leading engineering teams within complex production environments.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proven project management experience from concept through implementation.
Strong understanding of machining technologies, tooling, and manufacturing systems.
Proficiency with SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics, and D365.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
