Manufacturing Manager - Onsite

We are looking for a proactive leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing process. Specifically within casting, and operations management. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years in an operations leadership role with budget responsibility.
• Experience in applying and coaching Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future

• Oversee the daily operations of casting production, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production capacity.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for production.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, and lead initiatives to implement these changes.
• Collaborate with other department heads to align production activities with overall company goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production activities and performance to senior management.
