The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily production operations, leading teams and resources to ensure world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost management. This individual will partner closely with plant leadership to drive operational excellence, workforce development, and sustainable business improvements while maintaining a highly engaged and accountable culture.
Lead all manufacturing activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Develop and mentor production leaders while fostering workforce engagement.
Implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Utilise operational metrics and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced manufacturing leader with a proven track record of managing production teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. They will possess strong operational acumen, exceptional people leadership skills, and demonstrated success implementing Lean principles to deliver measurable performance improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum seven years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
Proven ability to lead change, develop talent, and build high-performing teams.
Experience with ERP systems, production metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
