Manufacturing Manager
The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily production operations, leading teams and resources to ensure world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost management. This individual will partner closely with plant leadership to drive operational excellence, workforce development, and sustainable business improvements while maintaining a highly engaged and accountable culture.
- Lead all manufacturing activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Develop and mentor production leaders while fostering workforce engagement.
- Implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Utilise operational metrics and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced manufacturing leader with a proven track record of managing production teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. They will possess strong operational acumen, exceptional people leadership skills, and demonstrated success implementing Lean principles to deliver measurable performance improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum seven years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead change, develop talent, and build high-performing teams.
- Experience with ERP systems, production metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
