Purpose of Role
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for managing three distinct production floor areas to assure that proper safety, quality and production KPI's are met across all shifts of production. The Manufacturing Manager will be required to manage and coordinate broad processes across different departments and functional teams. This role will maintain the company culture, values and strategies by leading their teams in change efforts, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, safety awareness, and fostering team and individual development. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Professional Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies
Education and Experience | Minimum of four (4) years' experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in managing greater than 100 FTEs. Experienced in Lean implementation, team building, quality control and assurance. |

Accomplished in meeting production schedules, controlling, and improving production efficiency. Computer Skills | Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with: Manufacturing software/ERP, MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word. |
Math Skills | Basic math skills: ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs |
Certificates/Licenses | A valid and up to date passport, and the ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally is required (including Canada and overseas) |
Other | Demonstrated leadership ability to affect change, consistently drive results, and influence all levels of the organization. Ability to react with urgency to achieve objectives and deadlines despite obstacles and time pressures. General understanding of manufacturing business principles and typical business practices. |
